For additional information, visit [please apply online] Our opportunity: This position will be responsible for driving adoption of Automation Anywhere across two key segments - Students & Working professionals across Americas. Driving partnerships with Universities and student enrollment to our courses and certification programs. Driving partnerships with organizations that focus on skilling working professionals. Remote position with the opportunity to be located anywhere in the U.S You will make an impact by being responsible for: Developing University relationships: Signing up with Academic institutes to offer Automation Anywhere courses as part of the curriculum Student Acquisition: Driving student training & certification numbers as per regional metrics Managing Physical and/or Virtual Engagements: Bringing visibility and drive interest levels through competitions & events Skilling Partnerships: Leveraging the existing partnerships and build key partnerships to drive initiatives on upskilling & reskilling for working professionals Account Management: Working with partners to drive student training number & certification number targets. Presentation: Representing Automation Anywhere in colleges & Universities and other forum to showcase the benefits of skilling on Automation Anywhere You will be a great fit if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or applicable field. MBA or relevant Masters degree preferred 3 years of work experience in Enterprise Software companies or IT training and certification with exposure to selling to Academic institutions or managing Learning Programs Existing relationships with C-Level customers across Universities, MOOCs, Learning Partner Companies across region Strong business development aptitude and attitude with a successful and progressive track record Strong understanding of the overall skilling space including scaling channels / alliances (Adding more partners, partner sales and success teams) Have systematically scaled partnerships and exponentially grown with strong program management and stakeholder management ability Experience maintaining a pipeline of partnership opportunities and providing regular forecasts. Experience in the technical training services and business skills education space a plus Ability to travel 15-30% when safely able to do so You excel in these key competencies: Flexible and works well in a fast-paced, results-driven, deadline-focused environment Self-starter owning success metrics and taking processes from start to closure Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication/presentation skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively across a number of internal and external teams Why Automation Anywhere?
